Q. How will I turn my lights off and on?
A. Your lighting system will include a small home automation system, which is programmed to turn the lights on and off automatically or manually from inside your home. We also offer alternative timing systems including photocells and mechanical timers.

Q. What's the difference between a low voltage system and a line voltage system?
A. A low voltage system is one that runs at 12 volts as opposed to a line voltage system that runs at 120 volts, the voltage that is inside your house.

Q. When installing a system will there be damage done to my landscaping?
A. Low voltage systems require minimal trenching. Some clients didn't realize their system has been installed until the lights went on!

Q. When is the system installed?
A. The system will be installed during daylight hours. The same evening of the installation, after dark, one of the installers will return to do the final system adjustments to the client's preference.

Q. When is payment due?
A. In most cases payment is due when the final adjustments are completed to the satisfaction of the client. We accept Visa and MasterCard, in addition to checks and cash.
